RESOLUTION 04-201
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR KUM &GO #75
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Site
Plan for Kum &Go #75 on April 13,2004;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Kum &Go #75 is in general conformance with §304 -Site
Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Site Plan for Knill &Go #75 be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 19th day of
April 2004 with the following stipulations:
