RESOLUTION 03-96
FINALLY APPROVING AND CONFIRMING PLANS,SPECIFICATIONS,
ESTIMATE OF COST AND FORM OF CONTRACT FOR ASPHALT OVERLAY
OF ASHWORTH ROAD AND WARRIOR LANE /UNIVERSITY AVENUE
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee has previously ordered and approved the detailed list
and specifications,form of contract and estimate of cost for Asphalt Overlay of Ashworth
Road and Warrior Lane /University Lane;AND,
WHEREAS,a public hearing has been held on objections to the Asphalt Overlay of
Ashworth Road and Warrior Lane /University Lane.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Waukee City Council in session this
21 st day of April 2003 that it hereby finally approves the plans,specifications,form of
contract and estimate of cost for Asphalt Overlay of Ashworth Road and Warrior Lane /
University Avenue
