RESOLUTION 03-92
APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN TO
SHOW MIXED DENSITY RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT ON A PORTION
OF THE MCNABB PROPERTY
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee has a Comprehensive Plan in place to guide the City in
its future development;AND,
WHEREAS,the current designation of a portion of the land now known as the McNabb
property is "Commercial";AND,
WHEREAS,"Mixed Density Residential"would be a better designation of the property
as it is re-zoned to PD-I (Planned Development Overlay District);
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan to Show Mixed Density Residential
Development on a Portion of the McNabb Property be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 2lS'day of
April,2003.
