THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
APPROVING THE PLAT OF SURVEY DIVIDING BI-ATTACHED LOT FOR
MASTER CRAFTED HOMES,INC.(SUNRISE MEADOWS PLAT 2,LOT 27)
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Plat of
Survey Dividing Bi-Attached Lot for Master Crafted Homes,Inc.(Sunrise Meadows Plat
2,Lot 27)on April 8,2003;AND,
WHEREAS,the bi-attached home as built on the lot in question has been situated
properly on the lot to allow for the division;AND,
WHEREAS,the Plat of Survey Dividing Bi -Attached Lot for Master Crafted Homes,
Inc.(Sunrise Meadows Plat 2,Lot 27)is in general conformance with §301.l2 -R-2 One
and Two Family Residential District of Waukee Municipal Code for the division of side-
by-side residential duplex dwellings;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Plat of Survey Dividing Bi-Attached Lot for Master Crafted Homes,Inc.
(Sunrise Meadows Plat 2,Lot 27)be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 21 "day of
April,2003.
