APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR
WILLOWBROOK PLAT 1
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the
Preliminary Plat for Willowbrook Plat 1 on April 22,2003;AND,
WHEREAS,the Preliminary Plat for Willowbrook Plat I is in general conformance with
section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Preliminary Plat for Willowbrook Plat I be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 5th day of May
2003.]
