RESOLUTION 03-113
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION PLANS FOR
THE DARTMOOR EXTENSION
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly orgauized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Engineering Resource Group has submitted the construction plans for the
Dartmoor Extension,and the construction plans have been reviewed by the City
Engineers and the City Staff and find them to be in general conformance with the Design
Standards set forth by the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Construction Plans for the Dartmoor Extension be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa and approved the 19th day of
May 2003.
