RESOLUTION 03-116 I
APPROVING SIX MONTH BEER PERMIT INCLUDING OUTDOOR SERVICE
FOR THE WAUKEE JAYCEES,REPRESENTED BY PERRY YOUNG
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the Waukee JayCees as represented by PelTY Y oung has sought a beer
permit in previous years;AND,
WHEREAS,the JayCees have been very community oriented and have supported City
projects from the sale of beer at various community events;AND,
WHEREAS,the Waukee City Police Department have reviewed the past record of the
JayCees and find nothing that would prevent the City from approving a six month beer
permit for 2003-2004.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 19th day of May 2003 that it hereby approves a six month beer permit
including outdoor service for the Waukee JayCees,represented by Perry Young.
