FINALLY APPROVING AND CONFIRMING PLANS,SPECIFICATIONS,
ESTIMATE OF COST AND FORM OF CONTRACT FOR 2003 WATER MAIN
AND SANITARY SEWER CROSSINGS
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee has previously ordered and approved the detailed list
and specifications,form of contract and estimate of cost for 2003 Water Main and
Sanitary Sewer Crossings;AND,
WHEREAS,a public hearing has been held on objections to the 2003 Water Main and
Sanitary Sewer Crossings.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Waukee City Council in session this
19th day of May 2003 that it hereby fmally approves the plans,specifications,form of
contract and estimate of cost for the 2003 Water Main and Sanitary Sewer Crossings.
