THE CITY OF WAUKEE,lOW A
APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR
WAUKEE MEDICAL PARK
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the
Preliminary Plat for the Waukee Medical Park on May 13,2003;AND,
WHEREAS,the Preliminary Plat for the Waukee Medical Park is in general
conformance with section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal
Code;and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOL YED by the City Council ofthe City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Preliminary Plat for the Waukee Medical Park be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 19th day of
May 2003.J
