RESOLUTION 03-115
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR WAUKEE MEDICAL PARK
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Muuicipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Site
Plan for Waukee Medical Park on May 13,2003;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Waukee Medical Park is in general conformance with
section §304 -Site Plan Ordinance ofthe Waukee Mnnicipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Site Plan for Waukee Medical Park be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the I9th day of
May 2003.
