RESOLUTION 04-150
APPROVING PRE-ANNEXATION AGREEMENT WITH WILLIAM J.
HERMANN,JR.AND CAROLYN HERMANN
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee is proposing to annex certain real estate south and west
of the City's southern border;AND,
WHEREAS,property owned by William 1.(Jim)and Carolyn Hermann located at 3111
V Avenue is part of that proposed annexation;AND,
WHEREAS,William J.Lillis,attorney for MI.and Mrs.Hermann after consultation
with City Attorney Paul Huscher,Planning Director Chad Weaver and City
Administrator Mark Arentsen,has submitted a Pre-Annexation Agreement;AND,
WHEREAS,further review by City staff and council members finds this pre-annexation
agreement acceptable.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 28th day of June 2004 that it hereby approves the Pre-Annexation Agreement
with William J.Hermann,JI.and Carolyn Hermann.
