RESOLUTION 04-148
APPROVING PRE-ANNEXATION AGREEMENT
WITH STANLEY AND JAYNE VENARD
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee is proposing to annex certain real estate south and west
of the City's southem border;AND,
WHEREAS,property owned by Stanley and Jayne Venard and located at 3055 V
Avenue is part of that proposed annexation;AND,
WHEREAS,William 1.Lillis,attomey for Stanley and Jayne Venard after consultation
with City Attomey Paul Huscher,Planning Director Chad Weaver and City
Administrator Mark Arentsen has submitted a Pre-Annexation Agreement for this
property;AND,
WHEREAS,further review by City staff and council members find this pre-annexation
agreement acceptable.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 28th day of June 2004 that it hereby approves the Pre-Annexation Agreement
with Stanley and Jayne Venard.
