RESOLUTION 04-149 ]
APPROVING PRE-ANNEXATION AGREEMENT
WITH MARK AND PAMELA VENARD
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee is proposing to annex certain real estate south and west
of the City's southern border;AND,
WHEREAS,property owned by Mark and Pamela Venard and located at 3106 V
Avenue is part of that proposed annexation;AND,
WHEREAS,William J.Lillis,attorney for Mark and Pamela Venard after consultation
with City Attorney Paul Huscher,Planning Director Chad Weaver and City
Administrator Mark Arentsen has submitted a Pre-Annexation Agreement for this
property;AND,
WHEREAS,further review by City staff and council members finds this pre-annexation
agreement acceptable.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 28th day of June 2004 that it hereby approves the Pre-Aunexation Agreement
with Mark and Pamela Venard.
