RESOLUTION 04-146
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION PLANS FOR
LEGACY POINTE PLAT 3
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Brad Uitennarkt with Garden &Associates has submitted the construction
plans for Legacy Pointe Plat 3,and the construction plans have been reviewed by the City
Engineers and the City Staff and find them to be in general conformance with the Design
Standards set forth by the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Construction Plans for Legacy Pointe Plat 3 be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa and approved the 28th day of
June 2004.
