RESOLUTION 04-162
APPROVING PAYMENT ESTIMATE NO.2 IN THE AMOUNT OF $23,650 FOR
KIRKHAM MICHAEL CONSULTING ENGINEERS FOR THE ALICE'S ROAD
/105TH STREET 1-80 INTERCHANGE JUSTIFICATION REPORT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Kirkham Michael have submitted a previous invoice in the amount of
$21,850.00;AND,
WHEREAS,Council approved a supplemental agreement for payment of additional
work from Kirkham Michael which became necessary when input from IADOT and
FHW A suggested the Interchange Justification Report (IJR)needed revisions AND,
WHEREAS,Kirkham Michael is requesting $23,650.00 for the additional engineering
services required to revise the IJR;AND,
WHEREAS,City staff have reviewed the invoice,find the request reasonable and
recommend payment.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 12th day of July 2004 that it hereby approves Payment Estimate No.2 in the
amount of $23,650 fOTKirkham Michael Consulting Engineers for the Alice's Road /
105,h Street 1-80 Interchange Justification Report.
