RESOLUTION 04 -155
APPROVING APPOINTMENT OF ED BUTLER
TO A SECOND THREE YEAR TERM ON
THE WAUKEE LIBRARY BOARD OF TRUSTEES
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the Library Board of Trustees is recommending the appointment of Ed Butler,who
for the past year has served as the vice president for the Board of Trustees,to a second three year
term;AND,
WHEREAS,per §206.2 of the Municipal Code of the City of Waukee,the Library Board of
Trustees is now requesting the Mayor appoint by this resolution and the City Council approve
the appointment of Ed Butler to serve as a Trustee on the Library Board of Trustees,2004 -
2007.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
IZh day of July 2004 that it hereby approves the appointment of Ed Butler to a second term on
the Waukee Library Board of Trustees.
