RESOLUTION 04-171
APPROVING PRE-ANNEXATION AGREEMENT
WITH RANDOLPH ALLISON
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee is proposing to annex certain real estate south and west
of the City's southern border;AND,
WHEREAS,property owned by Randolph Allison and located at 3191 312 th Street is
part of that proposed annexation;AND,
WHEREAS,Mr.Allison has signed a voluntary annexation petition and pre-annexation
agreement;AND,
WHEREAS,further review by City staff and council members find this pre-annexation
agreement acceptable,AND,
WHEREAS,staff recommends acceptance of the three outstanding pre-annexation
agreements of which this pre-annexation is one so as to complete the entire annexation as
a 100%voluntary annexation.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Conncil in
session this 19th day of July 2004 that it hereby approves the Pre-Annexation Agreement
with Randolph Allison.
