RESOLUTION 04-167
APPROVING APPOINTMENT OF JIM STRAUSS TO A THREE YEAR TERM
ON THE WAUKEE LIBRARY BOARD OF TRUSTEES
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the Library Board of Trustees is recommending the appointment of Jim
Strauss to a three year term on the Waukee Library Board of Trustees,AND,
WHEREAS,per section 206.2 of the Municipal Code of the City of Waukee,the
Library Board of trustees is now requesting the Mayor appoint by this resolution and the
City Council approve the appointment of Jim Strauss to serve as a Trustee on the Library
Board of Trustees 2004 -2007,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 19th day of July,2004 that it hereby approves the appointment of Jim Strauss
for a three year term to the Waukee Library Board of Trustees.
