RESOLUTION 04-183 I
APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT OF SPYGLASS DEVELOPMENT
FOR OAKS DEVELOPMENT COMPANY
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Oaks Development Company presented the proposal for review by
Veenstra &Kimm,Inc.and by City Staff;AND,
WHEREAS,Oaks Development Company submitted the Preliminary Plat to Planning &
Zoning Commission on March 23,2004;AND,
WHEREAS,P &Z approved the Preliminary Plat provided an agreement was reached
between the City and Oaks Development regarding the placement of sanitary sewer and
the bike trail connection;AND,
WHEREAS,City staff state the issues of sanitary sewer and bike trail connection have
been resolved satisfactorily;AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 2nd day of August 2004 that it hereby approves the Preliminary Plat of
Spyglass Development for Oaks Development Company.
]WHEREAS,City staff recommend approving this Preliminary Plat.
