RESOLUTION 04-182
APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH OAKS DEVELOPMENT
COMPANY WITH RESPECT TO CONSTRUCTION OF THE SUGAR CREEK
TRUNK SEWER AND PUMPING STATION
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Oaks Development Co.is the owner of property containing approximately
31.75 acres;AND,
WHEREAS,Oaks Development Co.was assessed a portion of the costs of the R-22
Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee has agreed to accept a payment of$101,600 as a
connection fee to the Sugar Creek Sanitary Sewer Connection Fee in lieu of payment of
the assessment for the R-22 Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session tins 2nd day of August 2004 that it hereby approves
