RESOLUTION 04-188
APPROVING CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION TO IOWA SIGNAL AND
ELECTRIC CO.FOR THE HICKMAN ROAD ARETERIAL STREET
LIGHTING -PHASE II
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Iowa Signal and Electric Co.has completed the project on Hickman rd
Arterial Street Lighting -Phase II;AND,
WHEREAS,Project Director David N.Moeller,P.E.of Snyder and Associates,Inc.has
reviewed the project and finds that it has been completed in general compliance with the
plans and specifications;AND,
WHEREAS,sixty-five ofthe seventy-one poles were completed and energized on May
3,2004 and the remaining six poles in the vicinity of 6th Street that were in conflict with
existing utilities were energized on July 12,2004 and are now complete;AND,
WHEREAS,Project Director Moeller recommends final acceptance of the project.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 16th day of August that it hereby approves the Certificate of Completion to
Iowa signal and Electric Co.for the completion of Hickman Road Arterial Street Lighting
-Phase II
