RESOLUTION 04-191 1
APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF INTENT WITH WILD ROSE
DEVELOPMENT,LLC
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa (the "City")has received a proposed
Memorandum of Intent from Wild Rose Development,LLC,with respect to the
development of an excursion gambling boat;AND,
WHEREAS,the Memorandum of Intent does not obligate the City to take any action
except enter into negotiations related to specific Definitive Agreements.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa,resolves as follows:
Section I.The Memorandum of Intent,in the form attached to this Resolution
and hereby made a part hereof,is hereby approved,and the Mayor and City Clerk are
hereby authorized and directed to execute the Memorandum of Intent on behalf of the
City.
Section 2.All resolutions or parts thereof in conflict with this Resolution are
hereby repealed,to the extent of such conflict.
