RESOLUTION 04-198 I
APPROVING THE TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT
FROM MIDAMERICAN ENERGY IN CONSIDERATION OF
THE SUM OF ONE DOLLAR
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Regency Builders are interested in placing a storm sewer pipe along the
south side of the MidAmerican Energy property on Ashworth Drive;AND,
WHEREAS,the purpose of placing the storm sewer pipe along the south side of the
MidAmerican Energy property is to drain the storm sewer on the west side of this
property into the retention area to the east of this property;AND,
WHEREAS,Mid American Energy for the sum of one dollar has granted to the City of
Waukee a 24 month construction easement which will permit the construction and
inspection of the storm sewer pipe.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 27th day of August 2004 that it hereby approves the Temporary Construction
easement from MidAmerican Energy in consideration of the sum of one dollar.
