RESOLUTION 04-197
APPROVING THE PERPETUAL STORM SEWER EASEMENT
FROM MIDAMERlCAN ENERGY IN CONSIDERATION OF
THE SUM OF ONE DOLLAR
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Regency Builders are interested in placing a St01111sewer pipe along the
front of the Mid.American Energy property on Ashworth Drive;AND,
WHEREAS,the purpose of placing the storm sewer pipe along the front of the
MidAmerican Energy property is to complete the retention area for Windfield 11 Phase 3
Development;AND,
WHEREAS,Mid American Energy for the Sl1l11of one dollar has granted to the City of
Waukee a perpetual storm water easement which will permit the construction and
inspection of this St01111sewer pipe.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 27th day of August 2004 that it hereby approves the Perpetual St01111Sewer
Easement from Mid.American Energy in consideration of the sum of one dollar.
