RESOLUTION 04-199
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION PLANS FOR
PARKVIEW CROSSING PLAT 7
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORlTY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State oflowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Larry Richards with Engineering Design Services has submitted the
construction plans for Parkview Crossing Plat 7 and the construction plans have been
reviewed by the City Engineers and the City Staff and find them to be in general
conformance with the Design Standards set forth by the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Construction Plans for Parleview Crossing Plat 7 be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa and approved the 30th day of
August 2004.
