APPROVING CONTRACT AND BOND RELATED TO THE COUNTY ROAD
R-22 FORCE MAIN EXTENSION PROJECT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,
IOWA:
That the construction contract and bond executed for the County Road R-n Force
Main Extension Project,Waukee,Iowa,as described in the plans and specifications and
which have been signed by the Mayor and Clerk on behalf of the City and proof of
insurance coverage be and the same are hereby approved as follows:
Contractor:The Underground Company of Carlisle,IA
Date of contract:June 15,2009
Bond surety:Merchants Bonding Company (Mutual)
Date of Bond:June 19,2009
Portion of Project:All Construction Work.
PASSED AND APPROVED,this 6th day of July,2009,
