RESOLUTION 09-164
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR PRAIRIEVIEW SCHOOL AUDITORIUM
ADDITION
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Site Plan for
Prairieview School Auditorinm Addition on July 20,2009;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Prairieview School Auditorium Addition is in general
conformance with §304 -Site Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this yd day of August 2009 that the Site Plan for Prairieview School Auditorium Addition is
approved.
