RESOLUTION 09-163
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR THOMAS PLACE SENIOR LIVING
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Site Plan for
Thomas Place Senior Living on July 20,2009;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Thomas Place Senior Living is in general conformance with §304
-Site Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 3rd day of August 2009 that the Site Plan for Thomas Place Senior Living is approved
subject to the completion of walking trails,a gazebo,shuffleboard court and community gardens
being constructed as depicted on Exhibit A,attached hereto,within the Planned Development
approved by the City Council on July 20,2009,prior to a final certificate of occupancy being
issued for the project.
