RESOLUTION 04-26
JI..PPROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO ROCHON CORPORATION FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF THE WAUKEE PUBLIC LIBRARY
INTHENAMEANDBYTHEAUTHORITYOFTHECITYOFWAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Rochon Corporation has been contracted to construct the Waukee Public
Library,AND,
WHEREAS,the Waukee Public Library has been operating in their new facility for
approximately one year,AND,
WHEREAS,project architect FER Associates,Inc.has certified that all construction
items have been completed in accordance with proj ect plans and specifications,AND,
WHEREAS,Librarian Linda Mack indicates that there are no outstanding construction
items remaining to be completed,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 2nd day of February,2004 that it hereby approves [mal payment to Rochon
Corporation in the amount of$13,287.75.
