RESOLUTION 04-34
APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE LETTER OF AGREEMENT FROM
DENMAN &COMPANY,LLP FOR AUDITING SERVICES FOR YEARS
ENDING JUNE 30,2004,2005 AND 2006
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Denman and Company,L.L.P.have provided auditing services for the City
of Waukee during the fiscal years 2001,2002 and 2003;AND,
WHEREAS,Dernnan and Company,L.L.P.have been thorough,efficient and
constructive in their opinions and recommendations for the City of Waukee;AND,
WHEREAS,Dernnan and Company,L.L.P.is providing a valuable service at a fair and
reasonable rate not to exceed $18,000 per year for auditing services;AND,
WHEREAS,other services as required by the City of Waukee during the fiscal year will
be provided at Denman and Company's standard hourly rate.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 17th day of February 2004 that it hereby approves and accepts the letter of
agreement from Dernnan &Company,L.L.P.for auditing services to be provided to the
City of Waukee for years ending June 30,2004,2005 and 2006.
