RESOLUTION 04-35 I
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR SCHIEBOUT TIRE
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planuing and Zoning Commission approved the Site
Plan for Schiebout Tire on February 10,2004;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Schiebout Tire is in general conformance with §304 -Site
Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Site Plan for Schiebout Tire be approved.
Passed by the City Council ofthe City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 17'h day of
February 2004.
