RESOLUTION 04-41
APPROVING THE PROPOSED FY2005 BUDGET
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee is a duly iucorporated City within the County of Dallas
and the State ofIowa AND,
WHEREAS,the State of Iowa has set March 15 as the date cities must submit a certified
budget to their respective county auditors AND,
WHEREAS,a public heariug was held March 1,2004 during the regularly scheduled
council meetiug to seek and to receive citizen input concerning the proposed FY2005
budget AND,
WHEREAS,the city council,after reviewing the proposed FY2005 budget and after
receiviug citizen input on the FY2005 budget,finds the FY2005 budget fiscally
responsible and responsive to the needs ofthe city.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this IS'day of March 2004 that it hereby approves the proposed FY2005 budget.
