RESOLUTION 04-42 ]
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR THE CAR WASH AT LEGACY POINTE
INTHENAMEANDBYTHEAUTHORlTYOFTHECITYOFWAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Site
Plan for the Car Wash at Legacy Pointe on February 24,2004;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for the Car Wash at Legacy Pointe is in general conformance
with §304 -Site Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Site Plan for the Car Wash at Legacy Pointe be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 1st day of
March 2004.
