RESOLUTION 04-40 1
APPROVING VEENSTRA &KIMM'S RECOMMENDATION TO ACCEPT
HELEN'S ENTERPRISE QUOTE FOR INSTALLING AND PROVIDING TWO
NEW STARTERS,CONDUIT AND WIRING FOR TWO NEW BLOWERS TO
BE INSTALLED IN THE WASTEWATER FACILITY
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,as part of the expenditure ofthe remaining funds in the State Revolving
Fund,two blowers with starters,conduit and wiring were purchased;AND,
WHEREAS,once these blowers are installed in the Wastewater Facility,they will need
to be wired;AND,
WHEREAS,all previous wiring for the Wastewater Facility has been completed by
Helen's Enterprise which company submitted a bid of$8,325 for the wiling of these two
blowers;AND,
WHEREAS,Veenstra &Kinnn reviewed the bid and reconnnends accepting the bid
from Helen's Enterprise for the wiring of the two new blowers.

recommendation to accept Helen's Enterprise quote for installing and providing two new
starters,conduit and wiring for the two new blowers.
