RESOLUTION 04-49
APPROVING CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION FOR ASHWORTH DRIVE
WATERMAIN IMPROVEMENT PROJECT PHASE I
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Corell Contractor,Inc.has completed the construction ofthe Ashworth
Drive Watennain Improvement Project Phase I,AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineering Technician Brad Freeman has reviewed the Ashworth
Road Watermain Improvement Proj ect Phase I,AND,
WHEREAS,the improvements constructed as a part of this project are in general
conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of Waukee,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session tbis 15th day of March,2004 that it hereby approves the Certificate of
Completion for the Ashworth Drive Watennain Improvement Project Phase 1.
