RESOLUTION 04-50
APPROVING CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION FOR ASHWORTH DRIVE
W ATERMAIN IMPROVEMENT PROJECT PHASE II
INTHENAMEANDBYTHEAUTHORlTYOFTHECITYOFWAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Corell Contractor,Inc.has completed the construction of the Ashworth
Drive Watennain Improvement Project Phase II,AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineering Technician Brad Freeman has reviewed the Ashworth
Road Watennain Improvement Project Phase II,AND,
WHEREAS,the improvements constructed as a part of this project are in general
conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of Waukee,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 15th day of March,2004 that it hereby approves the Certificate of
Completion for the Ashworth Drive Watennain Improvement Project Phase II.
