RESOLUTION 04-55
APPROVING HIRING OF VEENSTRA &KIMM FOR PREPARATION OF A
PLAN LOCATING FUTURE MAJOR STREETS
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City is receiving greater interest [TOmdevelopers considering plats in
areas of the City where the location of future arterial and collector streets has not been
established,AND,
WHEREAS,establishing the location of these streets will assist the City in working with
developers interested in platting these areas,AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers Veenstra &Kimm have submitted a proposal for
developing a plan locating future arterial and collector streets,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 15th day of March,2004 that it hereby approves the proposal submitted by
Veenstra &Kimm for development ofa Major Streets Plan for the City of Waukee.Cost
for development of said plan will not exceed $18,500.
