RESOLUTION 04-52
APPROVING PRESS CITIZEN/SHOPPER AS THE CITY OF WAUKEE
OFFICIAL PUBLICATION
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORJTY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee designates an official publication annually and,AND,
WHEREAS,the Dallas County News is currently designated as the City's official
publication,AND,
WHEREAS,the Press Citizen Shopper has submitted a proposal for City of Waukee
legal notices for substantially cost less than pricing currently in effect with the Dallas
County News,AND,
WHEREAS,it is in the City's fmancial interest to use the Press Citizen/Shopper for City
of Waukee legal notices,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 15th day of March,2004 that it hereby approves the Press Citizen/Shopper as
the City ofWaulcee official publication.
