RESOLUTION 04-72 I
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR LEGACY POINTE SENIOR LIVING
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Site
Plan for Legacy Pointe Senior Living on March 23,2004;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Legacy Pointe Senior Living is in general conformance
with §304 -Site Plan Ordinance ofthe Waukee Municipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council ofthe City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Site Plan for Legacy Pointe Senior Living be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 5th day of
March 2004.
