RESOLUTION 04-69
APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR
PARKVIEW CROSSING PLAT 6
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the
Preliminary Plat for Parkview Crossing Plat 6 on March 23,2004;AND,
WHEREAS,the Preliminary Plat for Parkview Crossing Plat 6 is in general
conformance with section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal
Code;and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOL YED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa:
(1)The Preliminary Plat for Parkview Crossing Plat 6 be approved;and
(2)The gift by Jerry's Homes of$69,120 for the purchase or development of park
land was acknowledge and greatly appreciated.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 5th day of
April 2004.
