THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
RESOLUTION 04-71
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR
ROLL-N VALLEY
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Final
Plat for Roll-N Valley on March 23,2004;AND,
WHEREAS,Roll-In Valley is located in Dallas County south ofl-80 within 2 miles of
the Waukee City Limits currently in the 7-year Moratorium Agreement area;and
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Roll-N Valley subdivision has been reviewed by the City
of Waukee and the City Engineers and have waived the City of Waukee review
requirements by deferring to the Dallas County standards;and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Final Plat for Roll-N Valley be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 5th day of
April 2004.
