RESOLUTION 04-70 I
APPROVlNGTHE PRELmITNARYPLAT FOR
ROLL-IN VALLEY
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State oflowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the
Preliminary Plat for Roll-In Valley on March 23,2004;AND,
WHEREAS,Roll-In Valley is located in Dallas County south ofl-80 within 2 miles of
the Waukee City Limits currently in the 7-year Moratorium Agreement area;and
WHEREAS,the Preliminary Plat for Roll-In Valley is in general conformance with
section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Preliminary Plat for Roll-In Valley be approved.]
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 5th day of
April 2004.
