RESOLUTION 04-74
APPROVING PAYMENT OF RET AINAGE TO CORREL CONTRACTOR INC.
FOR THE ASHWORTH DRIVE WATERMAIN PROJECT PHASE I IN THE
AMOUNT OF $14,133.76
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee accepted the certificate of completion for the Ashworth
Drive Watermain Improvement Project Phase I March 15,2004;AND,
WHEREAS,Correl Contractor Inc.has submitted all documentation to complete the
project;AND,
WHEREAS,the city staff and city engineers have approved payment ofthe retainage.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 19th day of April 2004 that it hereby approves payment of the retainage to
Correl Contractor Inc.for the Ashworth Drive Watermain Project Phase I in the amount
of$14,133.76.
