RESOLUTION 04-75
APPROVING PAYMENT OF RETAINAGE TO CORREL CONTRACTOR INC.
FOR THE ASHWORTH DRIVE WATERMAIN PROJECT PHASE II IN THE
AMOUNT OF $7,315.68
INTHENAMEANDBYTHEAUTHORITYOFTHECITYOFWAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee accepted the certificate of completion for the Ashworth
Drive Watermain Improvement Project Phase II March 15,2004;AND,
WHEREAS,Correl Contractor Inc.has submitted all documentation to complete the
project;AND,
WHEREAS,the city staff and city engineers have approved payment of the retainage.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 19th day of Apli12004 that it hereby approves payment of the retainage to
Correl Contractor Inc.for the Ashworth Drive Watermain Project Phase II in the amount
of$7,315.68.
