RESOLUTION NO.04-80
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR JET HOLDINGS OFFICE BUILDING
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Site
Plan for Jet Holdings Office Building on April 13,2004;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Jet Holdings Office Building is in general conformance
with §304 -Site Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Site Plan for Jet Holdings Office Building be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 19th day of
April 2004.
