RESOLUTION 04-78
APPROVING THE GAS MAIN EASEMENT FOR THE CAR WASH ON THE
EAST 40 FOOT EGRESS EASEMENT OF LOT 2,LEGACY POINT OF
WAUKEE
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the Gas Main Easement for the Car Wash on the east 40 foot Egress
Easement on Lot 2,Legacy Point of Waukee is needed to service the future commercial
lots along U.S.Highway 6,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Gas Main Easement for the Car Wash on the east 40 foot Egress Easement
of Lot 2,Legacy Point of Waukee be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa and approved the 19th day of
April 2004.
