RESOLUTION NO.04-83 I
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR WAUKEE PROFESSIONAL PLAZA II
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Site
Plan for Waukee Professional Plaza II on March 23,2004;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Waukee Professional Plaza II is in general conformance
with §304 -Site Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Site Plan for Waukee Professional Plaza II be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 26th day of
April 2004 with the following Amendment:A berm is to be constructed on the west side
of the lot and is to be 2 feet higher than the elevation measurement of 1029 and to include
additional shrubs and plantings;all with the understanding that the design changes are to
be met with engineer's approval or he modified to fit the space available.1
