APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR LAUREL STREET OFFICE BillLDING
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Site
Plan for Laurel Street Office Building on April 27,2004;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Laurel Street Office Building is in general conformance
with §304 -Site Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOL YED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Site Plan for Laurel Street Office Building be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 3'd day of
May 2004.
