THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
RESOLUTION 04-97
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR
LEGACY POINTE AT WAUKEE -PLAT 2
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Connnission approved the Final
Plat for Legacy Pointe at Waukee -Plat 2 on April 27,2004;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Legacy Pointe Plat 2 is in general conformance with
section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Final Plat for Legacy Pointe at Waukee -Plat 2 be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 3"d day of
May 2004.
