RESOLUTION 04-93
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR
OUTLOTS OF THE SE Y.,SECTION 27,T79N,R26W
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA·
WHEREAS,the City ofWau1cee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City ofWau1cee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Final
Plat for Outlots of the SE Y.,Section 27,T79N,R26W on April 13,2004;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Outlots of the SE Y.,Section 27,T79N,R26W is in
general conformance with section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee
Municipal Code;and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City ofWau1cee,
Iowa that the Final Plat for Outlots ofthe SE Y.,Section 27,T79N,R26W be approved
subject to the contents of the covenants to include:(1)Current or future owners of each
ofthe outlots being created by this final plat shall not be able to redevelop the land,
receive site plan approval or a building permit of any kind for such lot until the outlot has
been submitted and approved by City Council as a rep1at of such outlot This
requirement shall run with the land.(2)Current or future owners shall be required to
rep1at their outlot with the denoted future public street extensions or other such street
layouts as approved by the City ofWaulcee as it is developed.Tins requirement shall run
with the land.(3)Current or future owners shall be required to provide easements for the
installation of utilities including but not limited to gas,water and sewer.This
requirement shall run with the land.

Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 3Td day of
May 2004.
